As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of American Express and responsible for delivering a world-class experience to our Card Members. In this role, you will handle a diverse range of inbound customer service inquiries and requests related to our suite of consumer and small business products. You will leverage your strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to quickly understand each customer's unique situation and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Whether guiding a customer through a complex transaction, addressing a billing inquiry, or offering recommendations on how to maximize the value of their Card membership, you will play a critical role in building lasting relationships and deepening customer loyalty.
