The Internship Program is considered one of the key entry points for our full-time campus hires. It is a project-based program that provides you with the opportunity to address real business challenges and offers you access to senior leaders, professional development activities, fun social events and more. Specific job responsibilities will depend on a combination of the business problem and job family. There are diverse set of roles within Product job family, with varying responsibilities and skill requirements. A brief description of the roles and skills is outlined below: (1) Product Development – Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders, technology teams and other product teams to build and iterate on products that directly impact millions of customers and prospects. Manage the implementation of critical products, drive global, reusable, and configurable design, rule authoring, testing, integration, and product launch using low-code tools. This team is responsible for defining and driving the transformation and modernization of products across technology platforms. Develop next generation software products and solutions to solve complex business problems using the latest tools and technologies. (2) Product Management – Own and manage world class enterprise data platforms that are used in making global business decisions. Solve complex business problems through ideation & delivering the road map for next generation data products and solutions in partnership, with enterprise stakeholders. Create process vision and roadmap in close collaboration with partners to build data products & scaled tools. Responsible for customer experience, business architecture, capturing and grooming requirements, prioritization, status tracking and reporting, defining process SLAs and controls, and product launch. Facilitate resolution of risks, issues and changes related to the product development lifecycle across teams. (3) Data Steward – Manage end-to-end ownership of enterprise data assets that are used in making business decisions for millions of customers and billions of transactions across the globe. Act as the custodian for data standardization, data quality and data governance, while ensuring compliance and security of the data. Ensuring the data enablement in journeys through requirements consolidation and rationalization across processes. Build strong relationships, operate effectively within large cross-functional teams, and influence business partners to inspire change. Selected candidate will be allocated to one of these roles depending on fitment and business needs. Generally, the role will entail some of the below responsibilities: - Develop robust data management, data integration and data quality processes by demonstrating best-in-class technology Innovate with a focus on developing newer and better approaches using big data technologies Find innovative techniques to bring scale to critical initiatives and enhance productivity Manage world class data products by partnering with enterprise teams including Technology, Design and End-Users to enable build of new capabilities, modules and maintenance of existing assets.
