Join the Business Enablement Team in Business Enablement team across GMNS continental Europe operations (the "Business"), within the legal entity American Express Payments Europe, S.L ("AEPE" or "Legal Entity"). The intern will learn in key processes related to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti Money Laundering (AML), data analysis, and internal controls and processes. Key activities will include: Gain experience in KYC and AML processes, in close cooperation with compliance teams, to ensure regulatory compliance. Acquire experience in data analysis efforts to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities. Familiarize yourself with regulatory and compliance processes, information preparation for reporting and coordination with internal teams on regulatory requests. Learning to process/manage the different requests of information sent to the business acting as a point of contact for the team with other departments Desirable Qualifications/Skills and Experience: Currently studying law or business administration (preferred) Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and proactively solve problems Good communication and relational skills Self-starting, innovative thinker who can provide team with suggestions and recommendations for process improvement Fluency in English and Spanish Proficient knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Power Point).
