Amex Digital Labs is seeking an Associate Product Manager (Product Operations) to join our digital wallets product team. Lab drives innovation at American Express by originating, incubating, and managing products and platforms that are essential to our customers' digital lives. We are a fast-paced global team that leverages emerging technologies to develop digital payment and financial services products, AI-powered customer service solutions, and engaging membership experiences. We value creativity, customer centricity, and experimentation and often collaborate with top technology companies and strategic partners to bring the next generation of products to market. As part of the Digital Payments Product team, this individual will be responsible for building and executing a robust operational risk management program for our products. This person will partner closely with Product Managers, Product Enablement, Production Support and Control Management governance teams to maintain success across our scaling wallets products globally. How will you make an impact in this role? Lead complaint investigation processes to ensure customer concerns are resolved Refresh Key Risk Indicators and enable automated alerting Lead issue management and event closure processes Drive documentation and best practice sharing across the product portfolios. Drive continual risk awareness and proactively identify opportunities to increase control protects and accelerate our ability to meet our customers needs every day and deliver world class payment experiences
