We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to join our Global Dispute Management team, supporting innovative initiatives across Banking, Digital Wallets, and emerging Agentic Commerce experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building customer-centric digital products.
As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end product development—partnering with product leaders, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, scalable, and compliant digital experiences. You will contribute to shaping product strategy, driving execution, and enabling data-driven decision-making across a portfolio of high-impact initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and delivery for disputes & Fraud ecosystem (GDM) across banking projects and Digital Wallet capabilities, including next-generation Agentic Commerce solutions.
- Define and prioritize features, user stories, and backlogs aligned with business goals, compliance needs, and customer experience improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, compliance) to define product requirements and ensure successful execution
- Analyze pre- and post-launch performance metrics to generate insights and inform product enhancements.
- Assist in managing the full product lifecycle—from ideation and use case development to launch and iteration.
- Drive operational excellence by improving processes, documentation, and product governance practices.
- Ensure alignment with customer experience goals, regulatory requirements, and enterprise priorities.
- Contribute to building intuitive, efficient tools that enhance both customer and internal servicing experiences.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product, or related roles with a track record of delivering impactful features or products.
- Foundational understanding of Banking ecosystems, Digital Payments, or Wallet technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Product Development practices — capable of writing user stories, managing backlogs, and leading Agile ceremonies.
- Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or Pega platforms and an interest in applying these technologies to solve business problems.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within large cross-functional teams, including technology, risk, and compliance partners.
- Strong communicator – capable of translating complex technical concepts into simple, actionable terms for diverse audiences.
- Influential and relationship-driven, able to guide teams toward shared goals and align stakeholders on product vision and priorities.
- Experience driving transformational change and delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strategic and detail-oriented – able to balance big-picture thinking with meticulous execution.
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-starting – comfortable managing multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision.
