We are looking for a passionate, talented, and adaptable strategic thought leader to craft and deliver program initiatives across acquisition experiences that enable our customers to apply for American Express' products with the least amount of effort, wherever and however they choose to apply. This role will engage and collaborate with teams across the Enterprise to identify opportunities for centralizing processes, build, scale and maintain capabilities and tools to reduce journey friction, support journey teams' goals, improve efficiency and reduce time to market. The leader will be responsible for executing on an enterprise platform vision, enhance the product roadmaps, and ensuring teams & products evolved in-line with the platform strategy.

As Associate, Digital Product Management – Intl Apply Platform, you will:
· Support execution of apply platform's international roadmap, priorities, and growth opportunities.
· Support & lead the launch of new product feature sets & capabilities, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders (teams across the Enterprise, engineering, UX design, analytics and more)
· Develop a keen understanding of journeys, inclusive customer experience by researching & analyzing user experience, data & analytics to identify & quantify opportunity areas
· Enable reporting and tracking of progress.
· Translate technical specifications into business instructions & guidelines for marketing & other product partners to ensure a very high standard of documentation.
· Lead the day-to-day agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, refinement, retrospectives) with the engineering & product partners to effectively deliver on the product roadmap.
