About the role

Support the merchant business operations for the EMEA market, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Deliver a best-in-class experience to UK-based merchants by promptly resolving financial and maintenance-related queries. Perform various Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with the latest regulatory and compliance guidelines. Ensure performance standards are consistently met, including business targets, first contact resolution, and compliance/control requirements. Coordinate with multiple affiliation channels such as third-party vendors, client managers, acquisition teams, and partners (e.g., Sitel, SRS, Genesis Agreements) to ensure seamless process execution. Leverage business knowledge to manage large-scale strategic maintenance changes while maintaining strong relationships with SRS and Client Managers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to discuss and agree on timelines, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
