About the role
In my current role, I lead a team of 15 in the comprehensive collection and analysis of statistical data, achieving a remarkable accuracy rate of 98% through the adept use of SQL and Python. I have developed and implemented a training program for junior statistical officers, enhancing team capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning. My responsibilities also include designing detailed statistical reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, which have significantly improved reporting efficiency and data accessibility for stakeholders. Additionally, I innovate statistical models using R and Python, enhancing forecasting accuracy and establishing quality assurance protocols to improve overall data quality.
