As a Program Analyst on the Compliance team, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of compliance programs by analyzing data, identifying trends and issues, and driving process enhancements. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various business partners to ensure programs are operating effectively and delivering the intended outcomes. In this role, you will: - Analyze data and reporting to monitor and identify compliance program trends, risks, and issues - Partner with compliance SMEs and business partners to develop recommendations and implement solutions to address identified risks or process gaps - Support the ongoing design, implementation, and enhancement of compliance programs - Provide oversight and quality assurance for compliance program activities - Prepare status reports and presentations for leadership on compliance program performance - Assist with the development and delivery of compliance training and communications We are looking for team players who are passionate about making a difference, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and are eager to learn and grow.
