The American Express Enterprise Digital Experimentation & Analytics (EDEA) team in EDDS leads the Enterprise Product Analytics and Experimentation charter for Brand & Performance Marketing and Digital Acquisition & Membership experiences as well as Enterprise Platforms. The focus of this collaborative team is to drive growth by enabling efficiencies in paid performance channels & evolve our digital experiences with actionable insights & analytics. The team specializes in using data around digital product usage to drive improvements in the acquisition customer experience to deliver higher satisfaction and business value.
Purpose of the Role :
This role will report to the Manager of Performance and Brand Marketing Analytics team within EDEA and will be based in Gurgaon.
· Delivering Campaign/Event analysis across partnerships.
· Delivering and measuring customer experience impact through ROI framework for sponsorships portfolio.
· Identifying insights , impact and opportunities across partnerships and benefits.
· Power in-depth strategic analysis and provide analytical and decision support by mining/transforming data.
· Strong partner management ability to understand the needs and translate the business problem into analytical metrics
