About the role

We are looking for a driven and analytical Operational Excellence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives across various functions within the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for optimization, implement innovative solutions, and track key performance metrics to ensure sustainable impact. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze current processes and procedures to identify opportunities for streamlining, automating, and enhancing efficiency - Utilize data-driven approaches to develop and implement process improvements - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and measure the impact of implemented changes - Support the deployment of new tools and technologies to enable process optimization - Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to leadership - Provide training and guidance to teams on process improvement methodologies - Continuously monitor and refine processes to maintain optimal performance Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Operations Management) - 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operations management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights - Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis techniques - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience with lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies - Familiarity with project management principles and tools
