About the role

As an Accounts Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for protecting customer accounts from fraudulent activities. This role requires you to investigate and resolve complex fraud cases, while providing excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing account activity and transactions to identify potential fraud - Initiating investigations and taking appropriate actions to mitigate fraud risks - Communicating effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide resolution - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fraud prevention strategies - Maintaining accurate records and reporting on fraud trends and mitigation efforts - Continuously enhancing your knowledge of fraud detection methods and industry best practices
