<div>ASP of Central Houston has an immediate opening for a <strong>Pool Maintenance Technician </strong>to join our team of swimming pool professionals.</div><div>
<strong><br></strong>The ideal candidate is a <strong>reliable</strong>, <strong>dedicated</strong>, <strong>team player</strong>, and <strong>problem solver. </strong>They provide <strong>excellent customer service</strong>, love to <strong>work outdoors</strong>, and are able to work both independently, with minimal guidance throughout the day, and as part of a team. <br> A <strong>Pool Maintenance Technician</strong> at ASP of Central Houston will:</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Enjoy working outdoors</strong> at all times of the year, particularly in Houston’s varying conditions.</li>
<li>
<strong>Manage a swimming pool route</strong> that includes the cleaning of residential and commercial swimming pools each week.</li>
<li>
<strong>Maintain regular stock of tools and chemicals</strong> on the company issued truck and <strong>properly adjust the water chemistry</strong> for each pool.</li>
<li>Be able to utilize a smart phone for our pool management mobile platform (stipend provided).</li>
<li>Be able to <strong>identify and communicate issues and solutions</strong> to customers, office/support team members, and/or leadership.</li>
<li>Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li>
<li>Be able to lift up to 100 lbs.</li>
<li>Agree to a background check and drug screen.</li>
<li>Have earned at least a high school diploma or equivalent – Certified Pool Operator License is valued but not required</li>
</ul><div>The Pool Maintenance Technician position averages 30-40 hours/week depending on seasonal and customer needs. We offer competitive compensation based on candidate experience and continued success.
