Job Summary

We are hiring two separate instructors:

  • One for Avionics
  • One for Mechanical (Aircraft Maintenance)

Each Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, conducting practical sessions, and ensuring students meet DGCA and institute standards.

Key Responsibilities (Applicable to Both Roles)
  • Teach assigned subjects along with practical lab sessions
  • Prepare and maintain lesson plans and course materials
  • Clearly communicate course structure and evaluation criteria
  • Maintain student records, attendance, and reports
  • Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance
  • Develop and update curriculum, study materials, and lab procedures
  • Stay updated with latest industry trends and DGCA regulations
  • Ensure quality standards in teaching and training processes
  • Participate in academic planning, scheduling, and meetings
Role-Specific Requirements1. Instructor – Avionics
  • BAMEL / DGCA License Holder in ES, IS, RN
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft avionics systems, electronics, and navigation systems
2. Instructor – Mechanical (Aircraft Maintenance)
  • BAMEL / DGCA License HolderHeavy Aircraft & Jet Engine / Combustion Turbine
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft structures, engines, and mechanical systems
Qualifications & Skills (For Both Roles)
  • Good understanding of DGCA regulations and AME training standards
  • Strong communication and teaching skills
  • Ability to create training materials and documentation
  • Professional and student-focused approach
Experience Required
  • 4–8 years of teaching experience in a DGCA-approved AME institute
