Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) Instructor, located in the Pune Division. The AME Instructor will be responsible for conducting lectures, practical sessions, and workshops to train students in aircraft maintenance and safety procedures. Additional responsibilities include developing course materials, mentoring students, ensuring compliance with aviation industry standards, and participating in academic planning.
Qualifications
- Expertise in aircraft systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and using instructional technology
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively and mentor students
- Familiarity with aviation regulations and industry compliance standards
- Proven problem-solving skills and teamwork
- Certifications and licensing in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering are required
- Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable
