What will your job look like?

• Design, develop, customise, debug, and maintain BMC Remedy ITSM applications as per specifications.
• Follow organisational development standards and release processes.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve production and non-production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in peer code reviews.
• Own technical delivery and BAU support for assigned applications.
• Continuously identify improvement and automation opportunities.

All you need is...

Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of overall software development experience.
• 1.5+ years of hands-on BMC Remedy ITSM development experience (8.x, 9.x 1808,20x).
• Ability to manage end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and performance issues.
• Ownership of BAU application support and production stability.
• Ability to define and enforce quality standards for releases.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with BMC Helix ITSM and SaaS-based Remedy platforms.
• Working knowledge of BMC Innovation Suite and upgrade-safe customisations.
• Exposure to Digital Workplace / DWP Advanced service catalogue configuration.
• Experience creating and maintaining Helix Dashboards and KPIs.
• Understanding of DevOps and Agile practices.
• Oracle, Unix/Linux knowledge and basic Java or Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with any APM tools and BMC Atrium Orchestrator.
• Should have AI knowledge.
