Manages and leads RF engineering development and implementation projects. Responsible for technical aspects as well as for the growth and development of the team.

What will your job look like?

• Lead end‑to‑end RF optimization for 4G LTE and 5G NR RAN
• Own and drive key network KPIs including accessibility, retainability, mobility, and throughput
• Oversee drive testing and field optimization using TEMS and ActixLead, mentor, and manage a team of RF Optimization Engineers
• Plan workloads, ensure timely delivery, and review optimization outputs
• Act as primary RF point of contact for customers, OEMs and internal stakeholders
• Present performance trends, RCA outcomes, and optimization plans

Required Skills & QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Electrical EngineeringMaster’s degree preferred 

All you need is...

Experience

8–12 years of RF Optimization experience

Minimum 3 years in a Lead or Senior RF role

Mandatory hands‑on expertise in:

Ericsson LTE RF Optimization

Ericsson 5G NR Optimization

Proven experience managing RF optimization teams

Exposure to managed services or large‑scale networks preferred

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Ericsson LTE & 5G architecture and call flows

Expertise in KPIs, mobility, and interference optimization

Tools: Ericsson ENM, TEMS, Actix

Data analysis skills: Excel (mandatory); SQL/Python (preferred)

Soft Skills:Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Customer‑facing experience

Ability to perform in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
