  • Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven AMC Sales Manager with over 10 years of proven experience in the Facility Management industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth for the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new AMC business opportunities in the Facility Management sector.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term AMC clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, real estate developers, commercial establishments, industrial units, hospitals, malls, IT parks, etc.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, tender documents, and cost estimations for AMC services.
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular MIS and forecast reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure profitability margins are maintained.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong network within the Facility Management industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding AMC sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical facility systems.
  • Ability to prepare commercial proposals and cost sheets.
  • Client relationship management and key account handling.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring ability (if handling a team).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in AMC sales within the Facility Management domain.
