The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, proactive, and tech-savvy Office Manager who wants to wear many hats and to serve as the backbone of our daily operations. You won’t just be sitting behind a desk; you will be the curator of our environment, the architect of our celebrations, and the first line of support for our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Environmental Pride: Take full ownership of the office aesthetic. This includes daily rounds to ensure conference rooms are "client-ready," the kitchen is pristine, and the coffee is flowing.

  • The Seamless Employee Lifecycle: You will own the new hire experience. This means being innovative and obsessed with the details—ensuring every laptop is delivered on time, every desk is perfectly set up with swag, and every new employee feels welcomed and ready to contribute on Day 1.

  • Events & Culture: Bring the "fun" through creative, well-organized and detail-oriented event planning. You’ll manage our company swag and lead the Anniversary Recognition Program with meticulous organization.

  • Tech-savvy: We are a tech-forward company—you should be comfortable using, Google Suite, specifically Google Sheets and can create basic equations, Google slides, AI tools and can troubleshoot basic IT tools such as Zoom rooms if IT Manager is not available.

  • Vendor management & financial rigor: Manage office expenses and vendor costs to optimize budget and find savings whenever possible.

  • Visitor Experience: Provide an Ambient Class experience with professional energy, ensuring interviewees and customers feel welcome.

  • Office Compliance & Safety: Ownership of workplace safety and regulatory compliance. This includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local health and safety regulations (OSHA), managing office security protocols (badge access, guest logs), etc.

  • India Office Support: Order office supplies, coordinate onboarding

  • Other Responsibilities: Office lead for replica weapon testing process, manage and lead company meetings every Friday and other duties as they arise

Who you are and your qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Proven Experience: 2+ years in Office Management, Event Management, or a similar high-touch operational role. Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a significant plus.

  • Able to lift 25+ lbs

You don’t need a map to execute; you simply own the physical and cultural health of the office, knowing that every detail matters.

  • Proactive & Fast: You operate with a sense of urgency and have a "no task too small" attitude—you’ll jump from a budget spreadsheet to onboarding a new hire without missing a beat.

  • Professional & Discreet: You are a high-level communicator who knows how to hold a crowd's attention but also knows when to maintain strict confidentiality.

  • The "Kind No": You are approachable and helpful, yet firm in maintaining office policies and budgets.

  • Tech Savvy: You are an expert in Google Suite (Sheets/Excel) and eager to use AI technology to solve manual problems.

  • Reliable: You take pride in being the first one in the door to ensure the team is set up for success by 9:00 AM.
