Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Amazon Virtual Assistant. The Amazon Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing keywords, conducting market research, handling customer inquiries, tracking inventory, and analyzing sales performance. Additional tasks may include creating reports, updating product descriptions, and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Amazon marketplace management, including product listing optimization and inventory tracking
- Proficiency in market research and sales performance analysis
- Strong written communication skills for customer service and product description updates
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms
- Attention to detail and ability to follow Amazon’s guidelines and regulations
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Experience with handcrafted or export goods is a plus
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting purposes
