Amazon Store Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Store Manager to lead the overall performance, growth, and day-to-day operations of our Amazon store. The role will manage a team of e-commerce professionals, including Listing Specialists, while driving sales, profitability, account health, and operational efficiency through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Amazon store.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Monitor key metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rate, Buy Box %, account health, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and maintain strong account health.
- Identify growth opportunities through market trends, competitor analysis, product expansion, and customer insights.
- Oversee product listing creation, optimization, and catalog management, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images, and A+ Content.
- Resolve listing issues such as suppressed listings, stranded inventory, variations, and catalog errors.
- Guide Listing Specialists on keyword research, Amazon SEO, and listing optimization.
- Monitor and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and analyze ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate promotions, deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Analyze customer feedback, reviews, and returns to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports covering sales, profitability, inventory, advertising, and key performance indicators.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities and recommend strategies to improve store performance.
- Lead and develop the e-commerce team while improving operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon stores through Amazon Seller Central.
- Proven experience managing and leading e-commerce teams, including Listing Specialists.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon operations, listing optimization, Amazon SEO, and catalog management.
- Strong understanding of Amazon sales, revenue, conversion, profitability, and performance metrics.
- Working knowledge of Amazon PPC and advertising metrics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces, including US, UK, Canada, or UAE.
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content.
- Knowledge of inventory planning and forecasting.
- Experience resolving account health issues, listing suppressions, policy violations, and catalog challenges.
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar platforms.
- Experience collaborating with Marketing, Design, Inventory, Customer Support, and Finance teams.
