Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Amazon Specialist who doesn’t just manage listings but drives revenue. If you’ve scaled products across India, the UAE/USA, and Southeast Asia and understand how to win in competitive marketplaces, this role is for you especially within fashion/apparel categories.

What You’ll Own

• Cataloguing & Listing Excellence: End-to-end catalogue management including product uploads, bulk listings, flat files, variation creation, category approvals, and catalogue troubleshooting across marketplaces
• Listings that Sell: Create and optimize high-converting listings (SEO, A+ content, keywords, variations) with strong focus on fashion/apparel presentation
• Advertising that Performs: Run and scale PPC campaigns with a sharp focus on ACOS, TACOS, and ROAS
• Marketplace Control: Manage Seller/Vendor Central across India, the Middle East, USA, and SEA markets
• Sales Growth: Identify opportunities, fix leakages, and aggressively grow revenue
• Regional Strategy: Adapt pricing, keywords, and campaigns based on each market (UAE, India, Singapore, USA)
• Campaign Execution: Own major events - Prime Day, festive sales, Ramadan/Eid campaigns & year-end spikes
• Problem Solving: Fix suppressed listings, catalogue errors, account issues, and performance drops quickly

What You Must Bring

• Proven experience managing multi-country Amazon accounts
• Strong expertise in cataloguing (bulk uploads, flat files, variation themes, listing fixes)
• Strong grip on listing optimization & Amazon SEO
• Hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads (PPC scaling is critical)
• Experience in India + Middle East + Southeast Asia + USA marketplaces
• Understanding of FBA, cross-border logistics, and marketplace compliance
• Experience in fashion/apparel category preferred
• Data-first mindset (Excel + analytics)
