"Amazon SDE 1 Online Assessment – Immediate Rejection Confusion"
A few days ago, my friend received an online assessment (OA) invite for the SDE 1 role at Amazon. As soon as he completed the test, he received a rejection email.
The confusion is that he had applied for five different SDE 1 positions, but the rejection email mentioned only one job ID. However, during the test, no job ID was specified. Now, he's unsure whether this rejection applies to all applications or just one.
Has anyone else faced a similar situation? What would be the best approach to clarify this with Amazon?
