About the role
The Alexa Built-In team is responsible for enabling Alexa capabilities on a wide range of third-party devices, from smart speakers to appliances, vehicles, and more. Our team is growing and we're looking for Software Development Engineers to join us in building the next generation of Alexa-powered devices and experiences. As a Software Development Engineer on the Alexa Built-In team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software components that enable Alexa capabilities on a variety of hardware platforms. You will work closely with hardware and firmware engineers to ensure a seamless integration of Alexa into the device user experience. You will also be involved in performance optimization, error handling, and troubleshooting to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
