Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site E-commerce Executive role based in Kanpur. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce accounts, analyzing market trends and data, driving sales strategies, and managing teams to meet performance objectives. Responsibilities also include building strong client relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring effective account management to achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and improving performance.
- Experience in Account Management, with the ability to coordinate and optimize e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, focusing on achieving revenue goals and expanding business opportunities.
- Team Management experience, with the capability to supervise, guide, and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to manage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and a target-driven mindset.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
