Job Description – Amazon Marketplace Manager

We are a fast-growing consumer brand in the supplements & wellness space, actively expanding across international markets including UK, EU, GCC, and beyond. Our focus is on building high-quality products and scaling them globally through marketplaces like Amazon.
We are looking for a growth-driven Amazon Marketplace Manager who can take ownership of scaling multiple marketplaces and driving overall performance.
🎯 Role Overview
As an Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management, growth, and profitability of one or more international Amazon marketplaces. This is a strategic + hands-on role with a strong focus on PPC, SEO, and overall account performance.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage complete Amazon marketplace performance (sales, ads, visibility, profitability)
- Plan and execute advanced PPC strategies (Sponsored Ads, scaling, testing, optimization)
- Drive listing SEO strategy (keywords, ranking, content optimization)
- Launch and scale new marketplaces (UK, EU, GCC, etc.)
- Analyze data to improve ACOS, TACOS, conversion rate, and organic ranking
- Plan pricing, promotions, and deal strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, operations, inventory planning)
- Identify growth opportunities, new keywords, and product positioning strategies
- Monitor competitors and market trends regularly

✅ Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Amazon marketplace management
- Hands-on experience across multiple international markets (UK/US/EU/GCC preferred)
- Strong expertise in Amazon PPC (advanced level)
- Good understanding of listing SEO & keyword strategy
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to independently manage and scale accounts
🌟 Preferred
- Experience in supplements, healthcare, or D2C brands
- Experience launching new Amazon markets from scratch
