We are supporting a search for one of our clients, looking for an experienced Marketplace manager to help setup Amazon for the first time for their business selling digital gift experiences.

The brand has no physical products, so would not be using FBA, but would want to sell their digital experiences on amazon.

This is not a permanent full time role, but a contract based role. The initial setup of all products and optimisation needs to be done intensely at first and as fast as possible including basic brand ads setup (no generic keywords, brand only). Then, maintenance on the account, ads monitoring, amazon issues, amazon customer service also, will not be a full time role as the brand has less than 10 products but can be discussed with the brand how to continue the arrangement.

This role requires you to work during UK working hours.

Experience required

• Experience hands on running amazon for seller central
• Experience hands on setting up brand ads for amazon (all formats, including display retargetting)
• Experience setting up digital products using unique codes on amazon (gift cards to not count)
• Experience working for an international company
• Very good English
• Experience answering amazon customer queries
