About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Executive to manage and optimise our UK Amazon Seller Central accounts across multiple ecommerce brands.
This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining listing quality, resolving catalogue issues, improving organic rankings and ensuring our products are fully optimised to maximise sales and profitability. You will work closely with our ecommerce, PPC and operations teams to ensure our Amazon stores perform at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, optimise and maintain product listings on Amazon.co.uk.
- Write and optimise product titles, bullet points, product descriptions and backend search terms using Amazon SEO best practices.
- Create and manage parent-child variations.
- Upload and manage A+ Content and Brand Store pages.
- Resolve listing suppressions, catalogue conflicts and product detail page issues.
- Correct product attributes including size, pack size, unit count and other catalogue information.
- Manage images and ensure they comply with Amazon image requirements.
- Resolve ASIN, EAN/GTIN and catalogue contribution conflicts.
- Perform bulk listing updates using flat files where required.
- Open and manage Seller Support cases to resolve catalogue and listing issues.
- Monitor listing health and identify opportunities to improve conversion and organic visibility.
- Support new product launches and ensure listings are retail-ready before advertising.
- Work closely with our PPC team to improve listing conversion before scaling advertising.
- Monitor competitors and recommend listing improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing Amazon UK Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon catalogue structure and listing optimisation.
- Experience using flat files for bulk listing management.
- Experience managing parent-child variations.
- Proven experience resolving Amazon listing issues, including:
- Listing suppressions
- Error 8541
- Image compliance issues
- Product attribute conflicts
- Unit pricing and pack size errors
- Brand contribution conflicts
- Experience creating and managing A+ Content.
- Good understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword optimisation.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry.
- Experience managing Amazon UK advertising alongside listings (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display).
- Experience with Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime.
- Experience using Helium 10, DataDive, SellerSprite or similar Amazon research tools.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.
What Success Looks Like
- Listings are fully optimised and error-free.
- Catalogue issues are resolved quickly with minimal seller support intervention.
- Products remain active with very few suppressions.
- Organic rankings and conversion rates improve.
- New products are launched efficiently and accurately.
- Strong collaboration with the ecommerce and PPC teams.
