SpreadHome is looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Associate to manage and optimise our Amazon channel with precision and ownership.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for the end-to-end operations of our Amazon storefront — catalog integrity, listing health, campaign readiness, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate is highly organised, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities without compromising on accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
─────────────────────
— Upload and maintain product listings, images, pricing, and A+ content on Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
— Monitor and resolve listing health issues: suppressed listings, Buy Box status, policy compliance, and content gaps
— Prepare the storefront for sales events (Prime Day, festive campaigns) and new product launches — on time, every time
— Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure stock availability during high-demand periods
— Conduct regular QA audits for pricing errors, catalog inconsistencies, and content quality
— Work closely with marketing, design, and merchandising teams to ensure timely campaign execution
— Stay current on Amazon platform updates, policies, and catalogue best practices

Required Profile

— Demonstrated experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
— Strong attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented approach
— Ability to manage competing deadlines and flag risks proactively
— Clear communicator with experience coordinating across teams
— Familiarity with Amazon Ads or catalogue management tools is an advantage
