About the Role
We’re looking for an Amazon Listing Optimization Specialist to improve visibility, conversion rate, and overall performance across our Amazon catalog. You’ll own the full lifecycle of listing optimization, from keyword research to creative execution, ensuring every product page is built to rank and convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Listing Optimization
- Create and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
- Improve conversion through persuasive, benefit-driven copywriting
- Continuously refine listings based on performance data
- Keyword Research & SEO
- Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Data Dive
- Identify ranking opportunities and search gaps
- Implement and test keyword strategies across listings
- A+ Content & Visual Optimization
- Develop high-converting A+ Content and Premium A+ layouts
- Collaborate with designers to create compelling infographics and lifestyle images
- Ensure visual assets align with brand and improve CTR/CR
- Performance Monitoring
- Track key metrics: CTR, CVR, sessions, keyword rankings, and sales
- Run A/B tests (Manage Your Experiments) to improve listing performance
- Analyze competitors and benchmark against top listings
- Catalog Management
- Manage variations, parent-child structures, and listing consistency
- Troubleshoot listing issues, suppressed listings, and compliance flags
Requirements
- 2+ years experience optimizing Amazon listings (Seller Central)
- Proven track record of improving ranking and conversion rates
- Strong copywriting skills (clear, persuasive, conversion-focused)
- Solid understanding of Amazon SEO and algorithm behavior
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
- Familiarity with A+ Content and image optimization best practices
Nice to Have
- Experience with Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, SBV)
- Experience in D2C brands or high-growth ecommerce companies
- Understanding of global marketplaces (US, EU, etc.)
- Basic design sense or ability to brief creatives effectively
