Amazon Listing & Catalog Optimization Manager
📍 South West Delhi | Full Time | SOFTSPUN MICROFIBER
SOFTSPUN is one of India's leading microfiber brands, selling across Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce and other ecommerce channels. We are looking for an Amazon Listing & Catalog Optimization Manager who can improve our organic rankings, conversion rates and catalog quality across hundreds of ASINs.
Important: This is NOT an Amazon Ads role. We already have a dedicated Ads team.
What You'll Do
✅ Optimize Amazon listings for maximum visibility and conversion
✅ Create and improve:
- Product Titles
- Bullet Points
- Product Descriptions
- Backend Search Terms
- A+ Content
- Brand Store Pages
✅ Conduct keyword research using tools such as:
- Helium10
- DataDive
- Jungle Scout
- Brand Analytics
✅ Improve:
- Organic rankings
- Keyword indexing
- Click-through rate (CTR)
- Conversion rate (CVR)
✅ Manage:
- Parent-child variations
- Catalog health
- Listing suppressions
- Browse node issues
- Content compliance
✅ Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities
✅ Support new product launches with SEO-driven listing strategies
What We're Looking For
Mandatory
- 3+ years Amazon listing/catalog experience
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO
- Experience creating A+ Content
- Amazon Seller Central expertise
- Excellent written English
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred
- Experience managing 100+ ASINs
- Helium10 / DataDive proficiency
- Consumer products / D2C background
- Canva or basic graphic understanding
