Role Overview
Colgate India is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented
E-commerce Key Account Executive as a Fixed Term Consultant (FTC) to spearhead our end-to-end operations across the Amazon ecosystem. You will be the engine behind our growth on
Amazon (Fresh, Now, Pharmacy) and other accounts. This role isn't just about "listing products"—it’s about managing a complex account, ensuring financial hygiene, and winning the "digital shelf" every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Operations
- Manage end-to-end account health metrics across Amazon and related accounts
- Oversee cataloging, inventory health, and PO management to ensure zero out-of-stock (OOS) scenarios.
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehousing teams to streamline fulfillment for emerging channels like Amazon Fresh, Now, Pharmacy etc.
- Reviewing stockists performance against plan.
- Growth & Promotions
- Design and execute the monthly promotional calendar (Deal of the Day, Coupons).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on-site visibility with key Amazon events.
- Optimize product discoverability through SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and A+ content.
- On-Site Excellence & Shelf Tracking
- Monitor "Digital Shelf" metrics: Share of Voice (SOV), Buy Box ownership, and keyword rankings.
- Conduct regular audits of pricing, ratings, and reviews to maintain brand premiumness.
- Track competitor activity and pricing shifts to provide actionable insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts (preferably for an FMCG or Consumer Goods brand). Open to Freshers too.
- Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Pi platforms.
- Analytical Rigor: Advanced Excel skills are a must (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data visualization). You should love digging into reports to find "the why" behind the numbers.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to resolving "Amazon-specific" hurdles (ASIN suppressions, reconciliation errors, or logistics delays).
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Our Commitment to Inclusion
Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
