Job Description
- Role Type: Full-Time
- Location: Remote (India-based)
- Reporting to: Amazon Brand Owner / E-commerce Manager
- Timezone: Must be available for partial overlap with EST or PST (flexible)
- Experience Required: 3+ Years working with Amazon Seller Central
🔧 Primary Responsibilities
📦 Product Listings & SEO Optimization
- Create and optimize Amazon listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords)
- Perform detailed keyword research using tools like Helium 10, DataDive, or KeywordTool.io
- Ensure listings meet Amazon’s SEO and compliance guidelines
- Manage parent/child variations, flat files, and category listings
🎨 A+ Content & Visual Branding
- Work with the creative team (or freelancers) to develop A+ Content and Brand Story modules
- Coordinate design and copy requirements (no graphic design required, but strong creative sense is important)
- Optimize visuals for both mobile and desktop performance
🔍 Listing Performance Monitoring
- Monitor listing health, suppressed ASINs, buy box ownership, hijackers, and reviews
- Fix listing errors, stranded inventory, or suppressed content quickly
- Track changes using Seller Central’s Manage Inventory Health tools
📊 Amazon PPC Data Support
- Support the Amazon PPC team by pulling reports from Campaign Manager
- Analyze keyword performance, ACOS, impressions, and click-through rates
- Help identify high-spend, low-ROI campaigns and suggest optimization opportunities
🛒 Inventory Planning & Coordination
- Monitor inventory levels across FBA/FBM
- Create and maintain reorder forecasts based on velocity and seasonality
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse for timely restocks
- Flag risk of OOS or overstock monthly
💬 Customer Communication & Support
- Respond to customer messages in Seller Central within 24 hours
- Manage returns, refunds, and review issues promptly
- Track and report on voice of customer metrics (NCX, returns, negative feedback)
🧪 A/B Testing (Manage Your Experiments)
- Run tests on titles, A+ content, and main images using MYE
- Track conversion lift and recommend permanent changes based on data
🧠 Competitor Analysis
- Conduct ASIN-level analysis of top competitors (pricing, images, titles, ads)
- Track top keyword competitors and new category entrants monthly
🚀 Product Launch Execution
- Assist in end-to-end launch execution for new products
- Ensure listings, keywords, inventory, and campaigns are fully ready before go-live
- Track launch KPIs post-launch (sessions, conversions, rank)
⭐ Review Management
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews
- Suggest improvements to product or content based on feedback
- Coordinate review generation strategy (email follow-ups, inserts, Vine program)
📑 Weekly Reporting & KPIs
- Send reports on key metrics: Sessions, CVR, Buy Box %, Reviews, ACOS, ASIN Health
- Identify underperforming ASINs and propose action plans
🧩 Visual Selling Coordination
- Collaborate with designers on A+ layout, image infographics, and Amazon Store visuals
- Ensure creative assets follow Amazon’s best practices for conversion
