Role Overview
This role is for someone who wants to learn fast, think sharp, and grow into a performance marketer.
You’ll work on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms — understanding how products are discovered, how ads perform, and what drives actual sales.
You won’t just “manage listings.”
You’ll learn how to build revenue online.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management
Assist in managing Amazon listings (titles, keywords, images, descriptions)
Maintain catalogue accuracy, pricing, and stock visibility
Learn how ranking and discoverability work
2. Ads & Performance Support
Support execution of Amazon ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands)
Track performance metrics like clicks, conversions, and ACOS
Assist in basic optimisation and reporting
3. Sales & Growth Support
Help monitor daily sales performance
Support campaign planning during offers and sale periods
Identify basic trends in what’s working vs what’s not
4. Customer Experience
Monitor customer queries and reviews
Ensure timely responses and maintain good ratings
Learn how customer feedback impacts sales
5. Coordination
Work with internal teams for creatives, content, and operations
Ensure listings and campaigns are updated correctly

Who This Role Is For
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Basic understanding of Amazon or e-commerce platforms
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn fast
Comfortable working with data (Excel, basic reporting)
