Developer Advocate (Frontend & AWS Developer Experience)

As a Developer Advocate, you will be responsible for building an active and engaged community of developers around AWS services, tooling, and best practices. This will involve creating and evangelizing compelling technical content, engaging with developers through channels like blogs, webinars, and events, and providing feedback to product teams to help shape the future of AWS services. Responsibilities: - Create technical content like blog posts, video tutorials, sample applications, and more to help developers build on AWS - Engage with the developer community through channels like meetups, webinars, conferences, social media, and online forums - Serve as a voice for developers and provide feedback to AWS product teams to help shape the future of AWS services - Collaborate with internal teams like Solutions Architects and Developer Experience to drive developer engagement initiatives - Represent AWS at external events and conferences Requirements: - 3+ years of experience building web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue - Strong understanding of AWS services and how to leverage them in web applications - Experience creating technical content like blog posts, videos, and sample applications - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both technical and non-technical - Passion for the cloud and developer community - Experience with public speaking and community engagement
