About the role
Develop analytic reports, web application and dashboards. Support the Capitation department at all levels for planning and insight into monthly Capitation payment, eligibility and growth of providers and membership.
Maintain web application, dashboards, and reports.
Perform high level and detailed analysis on all levels of Capitation data across UnitedHealthcare and Optum.
Learn and utilize healthcare industry knowledge necessary to extract, analyze and work with the data to return the requested reports at various levels for both internal and external clients.
Analyze Capitation from different data sources and identify data integrity issues related to submissions, reconciliation and provider detail.
Work with staff and customers to develop new and modify existing processes, documentation and templates to drive more insightful and accurate reporting solutions.
