DCO Trainee

We are seeking a skilled Data Centre Operation Technician to join our team at Amazon Data Services India Private Limited (ADSIPL). As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our large-scale high-density data center infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Server rack installation and hardware break-fix on various components Troubleshooting network issues and responding to emergent situations that affect operational stability Primary contact point for internal customers and external service partners Work and meet SLAs against assigned trouble tickets via a directed workflow Perform on-call duties and participate in Data Center operations Contribute to documentation on technical issues through root cause analysis Requirements: B.E/B.Tech graduate with specialization in IT/IS/ECE and Electronics & Telecommunications Solid understanding of Linux/Unix Administration Server Hardware Troubleshooting experience Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, L2/L3 technologies) Network hardware experience (Copper and Optical Fiber Cabling, Switches, Routers) Strong communication skills
