Role : Amazon Connect Developer

Location : PAN India

Experience : 4 to 10 Years

JD:

• Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions to enhance customer service experiences.

• Implement Amazon Connect Contact Lens functionalities for replacing Verint

• Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock.

• Develop and optimize applications using Python and NodeJS.

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for deploying Amazon Connect and other AWS services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Utilize GenAI to enhance customer interaction and engagement.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Amazon Connect and other integrated services.

• Ensure the security and scalability of applications and infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ Yrs Proven experience as an Amazon Connect Developer or similar role with expertise in Amazon Connect and Lex.

• Strong proficiency in Python and NodeJS.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.

• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Developer - Associate or similar certification.

• Experience with other contact center solutions.

• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
