Role Description The Amazon Connect Developer will design, develop, and maintain contact center solutions using Amazon Connect for clients at TEKMentors. This part-time, on-site role in Udaipur involves configuring call flows, IVR workflows, routing profiles, and integrations with AWS services and third-party applications. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal mentors and client teams to understand requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and optimizing performance, reliability, and user experience. The role also includes troubleshooting issues, implementing best practices for security and scalability, documenting configurations, and supporting deployment and ongoing enhancements to Amazon Connect environments.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Amazon Connect configuration, including contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and IVR design.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services commonly used with Amazon Connect (such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch) for integrations and automation.
- Knowledge of telephony concepts, contact center operations, and customer experience best practices.
- Ability to develop and maintain APIs or microservices supporting Amazon Connect using languages such as JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Skills in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and monitoring cloud-based solutions, with attention to reliability and security.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and mentor users on new solutions.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation for enterprise or mid-size clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with Agile practices, DevOps principles, and continuous improvement in technical environments is a plus.
- Previous experience in training, mentoring, or supporting teams in adopting new tools and technologies is beneficial.
