We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to design, develop, and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Amazon Connect Contact Flows for inbound, outbound, and routing scenarios.
- Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions for backend integrations and business logic.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with external applications using REST APIs and web services.
- Configure routing profiles, queues, prompts, and customer interaction workflows.
- Implement IVR solutions and self-service capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Amazon Connect environments.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in deployment, testing, and production support activities.
- Ensure adherence to AWS best practices, security, and scalability standards.

We are looking for an Amazon Connect Lead to drive the design and implementation of enterprise-scale cloud contact center solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Amazon Connect architecture, Conversational IVR, AI Bots, Omni Channel solutions, and Agent Workspace customization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Amazon Connect implementation and transformation projects.
- Design scalable Contact Center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.
- Build and implement Conversational IVR solutions using Amazon Lex and AI technologies.
- Design and deploy AI-powered chatbots and voice bots.
- Implement Omni Channel customer engagement solutions (Voice, Chat, Email, Messaging).
