Role Description The Amazon Catalog Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role is responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing product catalogs across various Ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate product data, compelling descriptions, and consistent formatting. Day-to-day tasks include managing product listings, monitoring catalog performance, identifying data issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and operations to improve product visibility, enhance customer experience, and support campaign and promotion setups. The role also involves analyzing catalog-related metrics, maintaining marketplace compliance, and contributing to process improvements for more efficient catalog management.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central & Amazon PPC
- Familiarity with major Ecommerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) and their listing requirements.
- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and catalog tools; experience with Excel or similar software such as Helium 10, Keepa, Karooya, Jungle scout etc
- Strong catalog-focused skills, including Catalog Management and Catalogue structuring for Ecommerce platforms.
- Solid Analytical Skills to track catalog performance, identify issues, and support data-driven improvements.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate catalog updates.
- Understanding of Customer Experience principles to ensure product information is accurate, clear, and helpful.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple SKUs and tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in Ecommerce cataloging is an advantage.
