About the role

Join AWS as a Cloud Support Engineer (Analytics) and become a customer-facing technical expert helping businesses across India leverage AWS cloud technologies. This is a hands-on role solving real-world technical challenges related to AWS Analytics services like Redshift, QuickSight, Neptune, and DataZone. Key Responsibilities: Solve customer issues via email, chat, and phone using advanced troubleshooting skills Dive deep to resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues Collaborate with internal teams on product improvement and support escalation Contribute to knowledge base, training sessions, tools, and scripting Guide new hires, participate in hiring, and drive process improvement Ensure compliance with AWS global standards Opportunity for growth, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years in a technical role (e.g., support, systems, database) Familiarity with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) or search services (Elasticsearch, Solr) or streaming (Kafka, Kinesis) System administration knowledge on Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) or Windows Server Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, OSI Model, firewalls, etc.) Business analytics tools understanding and troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting customers in a technical environment Background in data warehousing and ETL processes Programming/scripting skills (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, .NET, R, Ruby) Experience with Redshift, Snowflake, Solr, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Kinesis Familiarity with cloud computing principles
