Job Overview The ML Data Operations Associate will directly support Amazon Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics teams. The core responsibility is to audit video and image data from Amazon's fulfillment centers to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain stow quality standards. This role is operational in nature, requiring associates to leverage human judgment combined with AI tools to verify product storage activities. By reviewing short video clips (typically 15–20 seconds), associates ensure products are correctly placed, thus reducing errors and defects in inventory systems. Key Responsibilities As an Associate, ML Data Operations, you will: Review and analyze several hundred videos/images per shift. Mark and verify product locations using specialized tools. Maintain high accuracy and productivity goals. Provide input that directly supports Amazon Robotics automation systems. Work in a structured environment with scheduled breaks while ensuring 6.8 to 7 hours of productive work daily. Adapt to rotational shifts, including night shifts, to support the 24×7 operations model. Uphold strict data security and confidentiality standards when working from home. Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate: A Bachelor's degree (mandatory requirement). Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze blurry or less clear images/videos. Focus, patience, and commitment to deliver consistent results in repetitive tasks. Readiness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong team spirit with the ability to work in remote and diverse teams.
