Key Responsibilities: Product Listing Management: Create, manage, and update product listings, ensuring that all information is accurate, complete, and compliant with Amazons guidelines. Content Optimization: Write clear, concise, and compelling product descriptions that are optimized for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and sales. Data Accuracy: Regularly review and update product details, including titles, images, prices, specifications, and other relevant information. Inventory Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and accurate stock status on listings. Customer Focus: Respond to customer queries and provide relevant product information, helping improve customer satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure that product listings align with company objectives and strategies. Analysis and Reporting: Track performance metrics of product listings, making data-driven decisions to enhance listing performance and sales. Required Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: A bachelors degree in any discipline. A background in Marketing, Business, or IT is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and familiarity with content management systems (CMS). Experience with Amazon Seller Central is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft engaging product descriptions and respond to customer queries professionally. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in product information. Time Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess product performance data and implement improvements. Experience: Experience Level: 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce, content management, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Preferred: Experience in managing product listings on Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms. Working Hours: This is a full-time role with flexible working hours. Candidates must be available to work in a remote capacity with a focus on achieving individual and team goals. The role may require occasional evening or weekend shifts, depending on business needs.
