Job Overview Role: Amazon GO-AI Operations Associate Department: ML Data Operations – Fulfillment Tech Job Type: Contractual (6 months) Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome Qualification: Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree mandatory) Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA Work Location: Remote/Virtual (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai) Key Responsibilities - Analyze short videos/images of product stowing activities inside fulfillment centers - Use specialized tools to audit, verify, and label data accurately - Follow standard operating procedures and meet defined productivity and quality goals - Ensure data security and comply with Amazon's process guidelines - Participate in performance coaching and continuous process improvement - Work in rotational shifts including night shifts as needed - Maintain a dedicated home setup (desk, chair, camera, and good internet) Who Can Apply Minimum Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Desired Skills: - Detail-oriented with strong visual focus - Comfortable working on screen-based video audits - Good command of English and basic digital literacy - Self-disciplined and focused in remote work setup - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends - Open to WFO (work from office) if required occasionally Work Schedule & Setup - Shift Model: Rotational, 24×7 support with 9-hour shifts - Weekly Offs: 2 consecutive days (not fixed as Saturday/Sunday) - Remote Ready: Must have personal computer, camera, internet - Hybrid Flexibility: May be required to report to office if needed - Performance Monitored: Based on quality and speed of video audit tasks Compensation and Benefits - Salary up to ₹6 LPA based on experience and performance - Night shift allowance (as per Amazon policy) - Work-from-home setup flexibility - Access to internal Amazon tools and training - Performance-based growth opportunities within operations
