Key Responsibilities: Review and moderate user-generated content such as product reviews, images, and descriptions Ensure all content posted on Amazon's platform complies with the company's content policies Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or non-compliant content to the appropriate team Monitor and report content trends or patterns that may impact customer experience Provide feedback to sellers on content policy violations and guide them on best practices Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency while moderating content in real-time Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless moderation process Qualifications & Requirements: No prior experience required – full training provided Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to review content efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy Familiarity with online platforms and basic knowledge of social media/content moderation (a plus) Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexible working hours available
