Maintain a deep understanding of Amazon products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues, tracking orders, providing product information, and managing returns or exchanges. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
