🎯 About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Advertising Specialist to join our performance marketing team. You’ll be driving success across our UK & European product portfolios through data-driven PPC strategies and high-performing campaigns.
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute Amazon PPC strategies across multiple marketplaces
- Conduct market, competitor, and keyword research to optimize campaigns
- Create, manage, and analyse ad campaigns for maximum ROI
- Deliver detailed performance reports for internal and client communications
- Collaborate with the creative and brand management teams on high-converting ad creatives
- Stay updated on Amazon Advertising policies, beta features, and best practices
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads for large/enterprise accounts
- Proven track record improving ROAS/ACoS, CTRs, and conversions
- Strong grasp of advertising metrics, retail readiness, and ranking algorithms
- Experience across UK/US and European Amazon marketplaces
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, keyword tools, and bulk operations
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
