Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Amazon Ads Specialist for a full-time role based on-site in Delhi, India. This role involves managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns to drive sales growth and maximize return on ad spend. Key responsibilities include conducting keyword research, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and making data-driven adjustments. The specialist will also stay updated on Amazon advertising trends and collaborate with the product and marketing teams to execute effective ad strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and optimize metrics like ACoS, CPC, and ROAS.
  • Experience with keyword research, competitive analysis, and bid adjustments for effective campaign management.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing, including paid advertising strategies and trends.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in tools like Amazon Seller Central and analytics platforms is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the toys or children’s product industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
