🚀 We’re Hiring: Amazon Ads Specialist (Data-Driven Marketer)
Are you someone who lives and breathes performance marketing and knows Amazon Ads inside out? We’re looking for a results-oriented professional who can own and scale Amazon advertising end-to-end with a strong analytical mindset.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and keyword targeting for maximum ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights using data
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve ad performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, catalog, sales) to drive growth
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and communicate performance clearly
📊 What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns end-to-end
- Strong data analytics skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools)
- Deep understanding of Amazon ecosystem, PPC strategies, and attribution
- Ability to translate data into strategy and business impact
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Amazon Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or advanced analytics
